Eligible merchandise may be requested for return within 7 business days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible, merchandise must be:

• Unopened and unused

• In its original condition and packaging

• Returned with all original accessories, manuals, tags, and included materials

• Accompanied by valid order information or proof of purchase

Due to health and hygiene standards, opened or used intimate products are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Products specifically identified as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Non-Refundable are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective upon arrival, or different from what you ordered, please contact Erotic Xplosion within 7 business days of confirmed delivery.

We may request photographs, video, or other reasonable information to help verify the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, Erotic Xplosion may provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

When Erotic Xplosion confirms that an incorrect, damaged, or defective item was received, we will provide instructions regarding applicable return shipping.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Erotic Xplosion provides a 1-year limited warranty on eligible electronic pleasure products, beginning on the date of confirmed delivery.

The limited warranty covers verified manufacturing defects that occur during normal intended use.

The limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental or physical damage

• Misuse or use contrary to product instructions

• Improper charging, cleaning, maintenance, or storage

• Water or liquid damage beyond the product's stated water-resistance protection

• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs

• Lost products or accessories

• Lost or damaged charging cables or remote controls

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal product functionality

Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. Erotic Xplosion may request photographs, video, or other reasonable information necessary to evaluate a warranty claim.

Approved warranty claims may be resolved through a replacement with the same or comparable product, store credit, or another appropriate remedy, subject to product availability and applicable law.

Some products may also include a separate manufacturer's warranty. Any additional manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's individual terms and conditions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless another resolution has been agreed upon.

Please allow your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider additional processing time after Erotic Xplosion has issued an approved refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective item attributable to Erotic Xplosion.
