Returns & Exchanges

Erotic Xplosion is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. For any incorrect or defective merchandise received, we offer a 7 business days return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

- Merchandise must be in its original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, sales invoice, and any documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must not be damaged, used or defaced in any manner.

- Any merchandise purchased with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.

- There will be no returns for certain accessories due to hygiene reasons.

- This return policy does not apply to merchandise that has been stated as Non-exchangeable, Non-refundable by Erotic Xplosion. 

 

All returns will be reviewed first by Erotic Xplosion, and we reserve the right to perform remedies including: - Replacing the merchandise with a new item of the same design and model, or - Full refund in Erotic Xplosion credits, which are redeemable within a years time , or - Refund in cash - Except in the case of incorrect or defective merchandise, all shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Erotic Xplosion offers a 3-year warranty on all our products. If any product is found to be defective within this period, we will replace it free of charge, subject to the above Terms & Conditions.

How do I return an item?
